Indigo AI, Inc. uses the third-party service providers listed below to operate HQ. Each provider processes customer data only on our instructions and under a written agreement that requires it to protect that data. This page is the authoritative list referenced by our Privacy Policy and by the data processing addendum we enter into with customers.
Not every provider processes data for every customer. Providers listed under Business Systems and AI Providers are engaged only when a customer uses the corresponding feature or connects the corresponding integration.
Infrastructure and Platform

AI and Meeting Providers
These providers process prompts, documents, and meeting content that customers submit to agent features. We do not permit these providers to train their models on customer data.

Changes to This List
We update this page when we add or remove a sub-processor. Customers with an executed data processing addendum receive advance notice of a new sub-processor as described in that addendum, and may object to the addition on the terms it sets out.
