HQ Secrets + Integrations

One universal connection for every system your company uses.

Connect services and custom MCP servers to HQ once, store the credentials separately, and provision access to the people and Bots who need them. Anyone approved can use the connection wherever HQ goes, and when a connection stops working HQ says which one, why, and who can fix it.

The company needs one connection layer, not another pile of keys.

Useful work depends on data sources, communication tools, customer systems, internal services, and custom MCP servers. Connecting each one separately in every AI tool creates duplicate setup and credentials nobody can safely govern.

HQ becomes the universal connection layer. Systems connect to HQ once, credentials stay protected in Secrets, and the company provisions reusable access to the teammates and Bots who need it.

Turn every company system into a reusable HQ connection.

01

Connect

Add a service, integration, or custom MCP server to the company’s HQ.

02

Protect

Store the credential in HQ Secrets instead of a prompt, document, message, or local setup.

03

Provision

Choose which teammates, groups, and Bots can use the connection without distributing the raw credential.

04

Use

Approved connections become available through HQ sessions, Bots, Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools.

05

Keep it working

Sign-ins expire and services go down. HQ records what happened to a connection and names the reason in plain language. When the fix is a credential or a setting, it says who can make it — the person who set it up, or a company owner. When the service itself is down, it says that too, rather than sending someone to fix what is not theirs.

Connect it once. Make it available to everyone who needs it.

Use people, groups, and Bot identities to provision access. A teammate can use the company connection through HQ without setting it up again, and a Bot can do its job without ever receiving the underlying key. Sharing reflects reality: a connection that has stopped working says so next to the people it is shared with, rather than quietly promising four teammates access to something none of them can use.

You really do have to see it.

Some products you pitch. HQ is one you watch.
